The two other dogs and two cats can see it as well. This weekend was a doggie vigil, we all lay near here giving her comfort.
Even the old, grumpy cat make a stop on the bed with us, gazing knowingly at the dog. It was as if to say, I ignored you, you ignored me - thanks for respecting my space.
Spike has been seen around this weekend, too. Those two were adorable when Spike was a baby. I think sometimes the gold speckles are him, but sometimes they feel stronger than a spirit as well.
Today will be a long, hard day. Pearl goes to the vet. I have to see an endocrinologist about my blood/health problems. It took 2 months to get an appointment with this doctor. I get my performance review at work today. David starts his new job today.

Fantasy is not for them.
Reds are not big believers in spirituality. If a Red does decide to go to church, it is not because he believes in or understands the concept of God, but because he enjoys the physical sensation of being around people, dancing, singing, arranging the pews, building churches, etc. Reds feel most alive when strength and stamina is needed. During my conversation with them, I was distracted by a necklace around the girls neck. The necklace had a bottle - no big deal - I have spell bottle necklaces myself. The necklace was high, around her throat. Ok, it was more like a collar than a necklace, but you get the picture. It was the aura around the bottle that drew my attention. The bottle had a deep red- but very muddy and uncomfortable aura. I finally realized it was a bottle of blood. I knew they practiced blood rites and what not - and consider themselves to be vampires. I cant even eat a hamburger, so I do not get the attraction. I would think it would be hard on the stomach.
I can't figure out why the aura on the blood was so much darker. I guess I should ask whose blood is in the bottle. If it is theirs, though, I wonder if it loses vitality outside the human body and is why it because so muddied.
Grandma got a little teary eyed and told me she saw that with Grandpa before he passed. She remarked that outside of the family, few people understand that death's aura is white. The common misconception is it is black. Death at its proper time can be a peaceful and beautiful moment for the one passing.
I found out that before my grandfather passed, his mother visited him from the other side to comfort him and to ease his transition. Grandma was there and saw his reaction, but not his mother. Still, his comfort at grandpa accepting his passing eased my grandma's mind as well.
Now that Grandma has dumped her latest boyfriend who was much too young for her (she looks and acts much younger than she is Go, Grandma!) Grandpa has been checking in on her again. All the children of my grandpa has also had him visit in dreams and occaionally in shadow form to make sure we are all ok.
This has helped me so much in keeping a positive and loving cord of emotion to little Spike.
The only question I struggle with now is to bury him or creamate him. For some reason, I feel he wants to be buried, but I worry in finding the spot, etc. I know it is silly, but I the the ghost hunting makes me pause about creamation. I feel he will want to visit and check up on me and the dog. I have run into many theories if you burn the bones, they can't cross over. I don't think this is true, but still, it is plageuing me.
Spike ate a lot more than usual this morning, good news. The steroids are making him hungry.
My brother made me laugh yesterday. He wanted to know if the vet could get wacky tobaccy to make him hungry. The image of Spike and my brother doing that made me laugh. I am pretty sure Spike is smarter than my brother as it is. He was also very helpful taking care of Spike and making sure I was ok last night. He may drive me crazy sometimes, but he really is a kind and caring person. He just has different priorities and is a very literal person, so he thinks I am a total idiot. Ironies. I am sure he will be over every couple of hours giving spike whatever he wants while I am at work. He came over a couple of times in the middle of the night to check on him.
I checked my numbers from the loa post on Friday the 13th. After my prescriptions and Dr visit for myself, I had 180.00 left over from my winnings. This was just about enough to cover my vet bill. I think that is pretty cool. They lady at the pharamcy was pretty impressed as well, but could not understand why I took so long to check my numbers. My mom knew before she got home I had won. I love Crozet, a town where everyone knows everyon and gets as excited about customers windfalls as they would their own.
I find it interesting that I cannot see peoples auras when I am with them, but I can feel the colors. Sometimes when I am sleeping or like Tuesday, a clear picture of their colors comes into my mind when I need to see the aura for another purpose.
Last night, spike slept on my dogs tail and next to my body all night. If I or the dog moved so he could not be next to both, he would cry. He is such a little melodramatic kitty and knows how to play me and the dog. Even the other cats were near by all night. Honestly, I think the cats were more worried about me than Mr. Stinkface, but it was pretty sweet.
From my drs. visit, my iron was still low which is why I have been tired, but not as bad as it had been. Dr gave me Rozerem to help me sleept so I actually slept well last night. Dreams were good, I had gone back in time to the 70's and was meeting all the old punk rock bands when they were just starting out. Fun and cool.
Thank you, supergirlat40 You always seem to come up with a missing piece of the puzzle for me. Thank you also for your email MOnday morning about your book. Honestly, it was the best thing about the day and gave me the only break from the rest of the energies.

My first reaction to your thoughts was, wow, that makes sense and feels familiar. A few images instantly came to mind when I read your words. I am not sure what to make of them yet, so for now I will just post them to document and ponder later. The post may be quite long, so I may do it as a seperate post or expand it later so I can tag it for my own research later.
1 Mel fessed up that her and her husband both feel strange energies they do not understand around me at all. At best they could describe it as otherworldly.
2 Mel also fessed that she cannot get ANY images of past lives from me.
3 I was recently at a full moon ritual at a place nearby full of some wonderful and amazing people. It was my first time attending, so I was just trying to read most of the ones who appeared to be regulars.
One of the attendees was a medium. I felt her as soon as she walked in the room. She had some of the strongest and cleanest energies I have ever felt. I felt it was important to talk to this person. I have to admit I asked her quite a few questions trying to figure out her energies. At the time I did not know she was a medium. She had the feeling of a guide actually walking on this earth, which was very strange. She also was English, so I had that to chat about as I was feeling her out.
Finally, I felt her read my energies a bit as we were chatting. I had just asked her how she felt about StarSeeds, Earth Angels, etc. I was really going for the Earth Angel angle because she felt advanced enough to be spiritually aware.
Right after I felt her read my energies, she stopped and was taken aback. She just seemed very surprised and puzzled. She gave me her business card, and I am going to go out to Lexington for a full reading sometime.
Nilda saw something attached to me as well this morning. Usually I have just one or two, but she also picked up several other energies. She did not feel they were negative, but she also did not think it was my grandfather, either. I knew it was not him. My grandfather pops in occasionally, but when he does so, he lets you know he is around. I had to take mirrors down out of my bedroom for a while as I kept seeing things out of the corner of my eye when they are around or in the mirror. It does not scare me anymore, so I did put them back up after I painted this time. I have seen him a few times since I put them back up again. Of course, I put the bear made from the flannel shirt he wore all the time right next to the mirror, so he tends to show up by the shirt. They tend to find it easier to be associated with objects from their life. He wore that shirt all the time, so it seems to be easy for him to find the bear. I even took the bear with me to the hospital. He makes me feel safer.
I never try to communicate with him other than what he says in dreams. I am not strong enough, yet, to mess with opening doors - other things try to come through. The attachment of the energies I now have following me around is proof that is not a good idea. I dont even use a pendulum right now or a spirit board. Spirit boards should not be sold as toys!!!! This really is a pet peeve of mine. I was only working with elemental energies recently and they seem to have like hanging out at my place for some reason. My energy must taste good or something. I think in a few more years, once my sheilding is stronger, I will maybe work with more invocations. I only like to work when my brother is out of the house as well, so the times I can do this are limited.
My house protections are pretty strong, but my personal protections tend to be spotty. I dont like restricting access to people who may need me. I dont usually tend to wear out or run out of energy. I have more of a problem with leakage and too much energy building up. I work really well as a conduit or a superconductor. I can focus it and pass it on to others - if I dont it starts to get a little uncomfortable. I know now it is because I need stronger grounding. If I could manage that, I dont think I would be as visible. Now I feel like a lighthouse when I walk into a room of people or in public. People from great distances seem to be drawn in - good and evil equally. I just have trouble grounding. I can feed it to other folks forever. It just seems wasted to me to pass it on without it doing some good. Plus, lets face it, I am forever flying about in the starry night. It is hard to be grounded when you never touch the ground to do so.

Meaning of Dirty colors:

Sulfur (color of a mustard): pain or lack of ease, anger
White: serious disease, artificial stimulation (drugs). Why does the white color in the Aura indicate problems? White color is like a noise, rather than a set of harmonious tones (monochromatic colors). It is impossible to "tune" the noise to an orchestra playing harmonious music, hence the white Aura indicates a lack of harmony in the body and mind. Nature, which we are a part of, is harmonious. This harmony comes in discrete vibration "tones" or harmonics, partially described by the modern quantum physics.
Several hours before the death, the Aura becomes white, and greatly increases in intensity. For this reason in most cultures "death" is depicted in WHITE (not black), because in the past, people could actually see a white Aura before death. It seems that our ancestors knew much more than we are prepared to admit.
